Through the name many other characteristics were developed, Coordinator, Master of Ceremony, counselor, Promoter, Dance Instructor, Time Keeper, Trouble Shooter, and Confidant. Phillip has provided these services over the years cultivating a number of satisfied clients from Private and Corporate sectors.

Phillip has traveled the world with the assistance and  partnership with Patricia Yarbough owner of Blue World Travel a travel agency out of San Francisco, CA. Under Patricia the "Fesitval at Sea" concept was developed (a cruise with an African American twist). Through this working relationship he was fortunate to work on some of the top cruise lines, Norweigian Cruise Lines (NCL), Royal Caribbean Cruise Line (RCCL), Carnivale Cruise Line, Celebrity Crusie Line, and private yacht Paul Gaugin. Through this relationship Phillip has seen the world, such places as: Paris, Greece, Venice, Turkey, Argentina, Spain, Rome, Caribbean, Alaska, Africa both East and West.

Phillip is continuely working on his skills to bring to every client and event the commitment to excellence and the promise of an event to remember. "The Taz" has been a Disc-Jockey since 1987 working with musical legends such as Whodini, C&C Music Factory, Doug-E-Fresh, Stevie B, Snoop Dogg, Kid-N-Play, The Whispers, The Ojays, The Temptations, Chaka Khan, Cheryl Pepsi Riley, Eddie & Gerald Levert, Yolanda Adams, Fred Hammond, Kirk Franklin, NSYNC, Tony Toni Tone.and Frankie Beverley & Maze. He has also worked with comedians, Sinbad, AJ Jamal, Shuckey Duckey, Just June, Rust Rudy, Mark Curry, Michael Colyer, Damon Williams, and many more. Taz has also worked with renowned DJ's Q-Bert, Dr. "B", Tay - Roc & Mars of Super Friends, Rick Lee, DJ Mind Motion, Hightop, DJ Styles, Chuy Gomez (KMEL 106.1), Eddie Love (107.5 WBLS) Michael Ericson (KISS FM 98.1) and Jose Melendez musical director of Clear Channel of San Francisco station (KYLD 94.9 FM). Greg Harris is also President of First Fridays of Oakland which happens every 1st Friday of the month. Taz has a style similar to that of his great predecessors who have paved the way before him.
